In order to help better document your medications in
case of a medical emergency, Summit Fire Districts
distributes File of Life packets.

File of Life packets are kept on your refrigerator for
paramedics to use as a reference to medication,
allergies, medical conditions and emergency contacts.  

These red plastic, magnetized packets are free of
charge and available at Stations 32 and 37.

Address Numbers
When you need 911 response service, you need it fast and you need It
immediately.  Statistics also show that only 3 of every 10 homes have
house numbers adequate for reading at night.  On rural roads and dark
streets having reflective house numbers is imperative.  Reflective house
numbers are available at Summit Fire Stations 32 and 37
