Mission Statement
It is the mission of the Summit Fire Department to use the traditional values and commitment of the volunteer and

About Summit Fire District
Summit Fire District covers more than 90 square miles.
The Fire Fighters work a 48/96 schedule (two consecutive
24-hour shifts, followed by 96 hours off.
Summit Fire District is governed by a public-elected five
member Board of Directors that oversees the budget and
establish policy.
