PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETINGS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Governing Board of Summit Fire District, pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.09, hereby gives notice that it will hold its regular meetings on the
following dates, at the following time and place:
DATE: The Third Tuesday of each month
PLACE: Even months at Station 32 – 8905 N. Koch Field Road;
Odd months Station 37 – 5500 N. Fort Valley Road.
TIME: 6:00 p.m.
Notices and Agendas of such meetings will be posted at:
**All five Summit Fire Stations
** Ski Lift Lodge; 6355 Hwy 180
** Mountain View Market: 6896 Lumberjack Blvd
** Silver Saddle Store: 9001 N. Hwy 89
**Chevron: 11230 N. Hwy 89
** Peak View Country Store: 3400 N. Fort Valley Rd.
Copies of agendas for regular and special meetings and executive sessions may be obtained at:
Summit Fire District, Station 32, 8905 N. Koch Field Rd., Flagstaff, AZ 86004; 928-526-9537
The respective agenda will be available to the public at such location not less than 24 hours prior to a meeting, unless the meeting covers an emergency as provided in A.R.S. 38-431.03.
Executive sessions may be held by the Governing Board Meetings as provided in A.R.S. 38-431.03. Notice of executive sessions will also be posted at the posting place 24 hours prior to
meeting unless the meeting covers an emergency as provided in A.R.S. 38-431.02
The Governing Board reserves the right to hold special meeting at times and places other than mentioned above. Notice of the time and place of any special meeting will be posed at the
posting place as provided in A.R.S. 38-431.02.
This notice shall be effective for the period commencing the date hereof and terminating the date a superseding notice is filed with the Board of Supervisors and posted at the place of posting
mentioned above.
