Information to Assist Residents of the Schultz Fire Area in   
                      Protecting Their Homes and Property during Floods


    •  For information on community workshops to learn about the installation of flood mitigation barriers
    (wattles), or if you are disabled and in need of installation assistance:

    •  Pre-filled sand bags are located at Campbell Avenue and N. Hwy. 89 (across from the gas
    station/convenience market) in the dirt lot.  Residents should bring appropriate vehicles to transport
    the filled bags.


    •  Sand and sand bags are available at 2 locations: Campbell and Highway 89, and just north of
    Summit Fire Station 33 on Highway 89 - you will see a tent and front loader there. They will be
    available from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. For more information, call (877) 679-8390 Monday through Friday
    from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm or on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.


    •  Wattles: On Monday, July 12, 2010 at 3:00 pm, wattles will be available to Timberline residents who
    received a notice in the mail concerning their availability to them. They are to bring their gold colored
    copy with identification showing their address to Station 33. These will be available to these 240
    residents ONLY through Wednesday, July 14th. Beginning July 15th, the wattles will be available to all
    other Timberline residents.
    Wattles are approximately 5' x 12'.
