The Summit Fire District (SFD) Budget Advisory Sub-Committee would like to hear your opinions about the SFD. We
have listed some questions below and would appreciate you mailing (8905 N Koch Field Road, Flagstaff, AZ 86004),

1.        What do you expect from your fire department?  Please reference normal daily duties as well as what you

6.        In the past eight years, the SFD has continued to expand staffing in order to get to three man engine staffing,
as many in the fire service feel it is important. We finally accomplished this staffing level this year. Do you support
