Schultz Flood Update
Flood Assistance & Information Center Relocates
The Schultz Flood Assistance and Information Center (FAIC) has relocated to Coconino County Community Services, located at 2625 N. King Street in Flagstaff (2nd floor). The Center was previously located at 7121 N. Highway 89.
Residents affected by the Schultz Flood may obtain the same information available at the previous location, and may also schedule an appointment to speak to a Center representative by calling the Schultz Flood Call Center at (928) 679-8390.
Volunteers are still needed to assist the residents and may sign up through the Call Center.
The Shultz Flood Fund was established through United Way of Northern Arizona (UWNA) to help with recovery and relief efforts in neighborhoods affected by the flooding in the Timberline, Fernwood and Doney Park areas. To donate, call UWNA at (928) 773-9813, or email uwna@nazunitedway.org. Donations can also be made at www.nazunitedway.org; click on DONATE NOW; select payment option; and under Designation, select "Schultz Flood Fund".
Wattle Station
For Schultz Flood area residents who need wattles, they are available for pick- up from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday, at the Coconino County Public Works Department, 5600 E. Commerce Avenue in Flagstaff. Residents are asked to check in at the front desk and requests will be handled on a case by case basis to determine needs.
